    • Mix-Up in Course Selection: If a participant experiences a mix-up and purchases a course different from the intended course, Nurani Global will promptly process a full refund upon verification of the mix-up. Participants are required to contact Nurani Global’s support team, providing details of the intended course and the course erroneously purchased.
    • Refund Process: Refund requests must include the participant’s name, email address, course details, and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request. Once the request is received, Nurani Global will initiate the refund process.
    • Processing Time: Refunds for cases involving the wrong item or mix-up will be processed within 7 days of Nurani Global receiving the refund request.
    • Refund Amount: The refund amount will be the full course fee paid by the participant, minus any applicable processing fees or charges as specified during the purchase process.
  2. Cancellation by Nurani Global: Nurani Global reserves the right to cancel a Course at its discretion. In such cases, participants will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
  3. Modification or Termination of Service: Nurani Global reserves the right to modify, terminate, or suspend the Service or this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time.
